Processing Times
All orders are processed and packed within 3 days of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. However, if you purchase item/s with PayPal e-check, items will not be sent until payment has been cleared.
Australian Shipping
For Australia domestic purchases, we charge a flat rate of $9.95 for all orders under $129. We use Australia Post as our carrier and parcels will take approximately 1- 5 business days depending on your location. For express shipping, we charge a flat rate of $14.95 regardless of the amount spent which takes approximately 1- 2 days. Please note that the delivery may take longer to Western Australia and to certain rural areas.
Free Shipping
Free shipping is applicable to orders that total $129 AUD or more, excluding the cost of shipping and are being delivered to an Australian address. Free shipping is automatically applied to these orders during the checkout process and is shipped using Australia Post.
International Shipping
New Zealand customers can choose Australia post with a fee of $20 which approximately takes 3-5 business days or DHL a fee of $30 AUD which takes approximately 1-2 business days.
US customers will be charged approximately $20 AUD with Australia post and takes 5-9 business days, or DHL which costs approximately $45 AUD and takes 7-10 business days.
With other international orders, the customer can choose between Australia post or DHL. Depending on the location the cost for shipping will vary. There are delayed deliveries for some of our overseas customers who are impacted by government lockdowns or limited flights which are out of our control.
All customer are responsible for custom fees
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES AND TAXES
All taxes and custom charges customers are responsible for and are not included in the cost of shipping charges. Taxes and custom charges including VAT vary depending on the Country. If you are concerned we recommend contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of taxes and custom fees. Little Jc Boutique is not responsible for any additional taxes and custom charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.
All prices listed on Little JC Boutique are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST. Any customs fees are the customers responsibility.
Additional Shipping
Upon placing your order an automated confirmation email will be sent to you with your order number. A subsequent email detailing your tracking number will be sent once the goods are dispatched.
If the goods are being delivered to your home, please ensure someone is at home who can sign for the delivery. We recommend your work or any other suitable daytime address to ensure someone is available to accept your order.
PO BOX delivery addresses are welcome.
If no one is present to accept delivery, your order will be taken back to the local post office and a notification card will be left. Please make sure you collect your purchase within 4-5 business days, after this time they will be returned to us and will have to be re-ordered.
Once we have dispatched your order, we no longer have control of your packages and therefore are NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the services of Australia Post.

Returns Information
Returns
How to return Australia Domestic Order:
We have recently added in loop returns, please use our company's specific link to process your return.
- Go to https://littlejcboutique.loopreturns.com/#/
- Enter your postcode and order number.
- Follow loops instructions, select the item you want to return.
- A barcode will be created once the process has been completed. A barcode will be supplied, if you cannot print this out from home you can go to your local post office and they can print and ship back to us for you.
- Attach barcode page to your returning parcel and ship back to our warehouse.
- Once the parcel is returned to us, arrives at our warehouse, and is processed you will receive your store credit. Please keep in mind that the return shipping and handling fees of $12.00 will be deducted when store credits are sent.
Await for our warehouse to receive your return in which our returns team will access the item/s to make sure they are in original condition with tags attached and the returns original receipt.

You will then be issued with an automatic emailed store credit which has no expiry date. Please note that we charge a $12.00 handling fee to cover both labor and the return shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your store credit.
If you were shipped the wrong item or the goods are faulty, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your parcel by email info@littlejc.com.au, in the case of a manufacturing fault to let us know if you would prefer a replacement, a repair, or a refund and our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Australia Domestic Online Returns and Exchange Policy
At Little JC Boutique, we want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand some items are not always what you want. Our returns policy has been designed to make dealing with Little JC Online Boutique as easy as possible.
Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing or slight colour variations due to edited photos but we do offer an online store credit for the value of the item/s valid they are returned in their original condition with the tags attached, receipt and returns form. There are strictly no returns on any final sale items, swimwear, bodysuits or accessories due to hygiene reasons. All online orders must be returned online within 30 days of receiving your order.
Customers will be responsible for shipping and handling charges for any returns. We recommend sending return parcels via registered post as we are not liable if your return is not received. Due to the popularity of our products, all returns will automatically be issued as an online store credit unless discussed via email. You will receive an email with details of the store credit (gift voucher) which has no expiry date! The store credit is valid for online purchases only. If you have not received your store credit, please check the tracking number to see where your parcel is. All returns will be credited within 3 business days of receiving the item. How To Return International Order :
• Either print off our Returns Form and fill in the appropriate fields OR write your name, order number and the reason for your return on the online original receipt sent in your order.
• Take your return parcel to your local post office and dispatch. Please ensure you have written the correct address shown below and Little JC Boutique on the package.
• Await for our warehouse to receive your return and inspect to ensure that tags are attached, the item/s are in their original condition, unwashed and unworn.
• We process all returns within 14 days from receiving. Keep an eye out for an automatic email sent to you containing your store credit.
If you were shipped the wrong order or the goods are faulty, please contact us by email info@littlejc.com.au within 30 days of receiving your parcel and we will send you an instruction email on how to return the items without any extra shipping costs. Please also fill in the appropriate fields in Returns Form the in the case of a manufacturing fault to let us know if you would prefer a replacement, a repair, or a refund.
Please Note:
All returned goods are subject to inspection. Little JC reserves the right to reject a return if we conclude it is not in a new condition. This includes if swing tags are not attached, it has fake tan, make up, markings or an odor. In this unlikely event, we will notify you by email and return the goods back to you. Any shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and cannot be refunded unless the goods are faulty. We do not accept any returns for exchange or refund on sale items unless the goods are faulty.
Any refunds will be made in the same way as you originally paid and will be processed back to the original card-holder details. You will be informed via the registered email address when this transaction is completed. You should receive your refund within 5 business days when we have received your purchase back. No online returns or exchanges are offered at any one of our physical stores.
